Costa Brava (“wild, rocky coast”) is the coast of Catalonia, stretching from the border with France to the resort town of Blanes. The name of this coast, one of the most beautiful in the European Mediterranean, fully corresponds to the nature of its landscapes: wild and impregnable cliffs, overgrown with pines and firs, hide mysterious deep grottoes, and, unexpectedly parting, open small secluded bays and quiet bays.


The Costa Brava is famous for its amazing sandy beaches, which, along with picturesque rocky areas, occupy a significant part of the coast.
